Class Interest Survey

Happy Summer Everyone!!

Hope everyone's summer is off to a great start.  We've had some birthday parties and barbecue's to attend already, and the kids have been having a blast!

I am looking to form a few My Smart Hands Level 1 classes, so I have created a brief 'Class Interest Form' to see which days and locations have the most interest, so I can schedule classes accordingly.
